If your location is in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer than the estimated time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

- Courier Name
- Shipment Confirmation
You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier's website.
Our courier partner will make delivery attempts to the shipping address provided during checkout.
If delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to GH TECH.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
GH TECH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Missing delivery details
Please contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping information.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Include your order number.
- Provide clear photos of the package and products.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution if applicable.
